How we assess growth readiness with GRI

We review seven business areas through interviews, financial data and workflows, identifying evidence, constraints and growth priorities.

  1. 01

    Product & demand

Customer needs, actual purchases and reasons for rejection.

Which customer need already attracts willingness to pay?
    Data reviewed
Purchases, repeat enquiries, interviews and rejection reasons.
    Potential risk
Interest does not translate into paid demand.
    Output
A map of demand evidence and gaps.
  2. 02

    Trust & positioning

Value clarity, differentiation and reasons to trust.

Why does a customer choose this company?
    Data reviewed
Value proposition, alternatives, feedback and reasons to trust.
    Potential risk
    Weak differentiation or unsupported claims.
    Output
A testable value proposition and evidence list.
  3. 03

    Business model

Revenue sources, costs and model sustainability as the business grows.

How is revenue generated and what changes with growth?
    Data reviewed
Revenue sources, costs, margins and sales repeatability.
    Potential risk
Revenue growth increases losses or operating strain.
    Output
A model map and assumptions to validate.
  4. 04

    Cash flow

Cash receipt timing, obligations and working capital needs.

Is cash sufficient between receipts and obligations?
    Data reviewed
Receipt and payment timing, receivables and working capital.
    Potential risk
Cash gaps and reliance on new funding.
    Output
A working-capital needs and scenario map.
  5. 05

    Operations

Repeatability, quality, lead times and operational bottlenecks.

Can results be repeated without losing quality?
    Data reviewed
Lead times, quality, process capacity, errors and bottlenecks.
    Potential risk
Volume grows faster than operating capacity.
    Output
    Improvement priorities and scaling constraints.
  6. 06

    Team

    Roles, capabilities, accountability and collaboration.

Who owns execution and what capabilities are missing?
    Data reviewed
    Roles, capabilities, accountability and collaboration.
    Potential risk
Critical functions depend on one person.
    Output
    An accountability and capability-gap map.
  7. 07

    Founder’s role

Priorities, decision-making, delegation and founder dependence.

Which decisions can be delegated while retaining control?
    Data reviewed
Priorities, decisions, delegation and founder dependence.
    Potential risk
The founder becomes a growth bottleneck.
    Output
    Delegation and management-change priorities.
Seven GRI dimensionsA diagram of seven dimensions numbered 01 to 07. No individual scores or company results are shown.01020304050607GRI
Dimensions, not a company score. A profile is built after reviewing the evidence.

Output: a constraint map and an action plan agreed with the team.

What each project status means

01

Under diagnosis

Baseline information is being collected and gaps clarified. The status does not establish investment readiness.

02

In preparation

A gap-addressing plan is agreed. Findings are still being developed; publication and financing are not promised.

03

Ready for presentation

Materials have been reviewed against eight criteria, with a review date and reviewer recorded. This means readiness for presentation, not an investment recommendation.

04

Investor discussions

Substantive discussions have begun. Terms remain under discussion; the status does not mean a transaction has closed.

A private catalogue. More context for your decision.

Once access is approved, you can review the project materials authorised for sharing: the model, stage, economics, sources and risks. A profile provides a basis for discussion, not a recommendation to invest.

What our conclusions are based on

  • 01Source and date for each material metric
  • 02Facts distinguished from assumptions and forecasts
  • 03Limitations and principal risks
  • 04A named reviewer
  • 05Rights to disclose materials
  • 06Owner approval for publication
  • 07Confidentiality and access control
  • 08Independent investment decisions

Materials support an informed dialogue and do not replace independent legal, financial and investment due diligence. Listing, access approval and material preparation do not guarantee financing or returns.

A strong project starts with a clear explanation.

The initial enquiry needs your name, contact, project name, sector, geography, stage and a short overview: customer, revenue model, evidence and capital purpose. The capital amount is optional.

Do not send financial statements, third-party personal data or confidential documents through the public form. If needed, we will agree the materials and transfer method.

Submit your project
  • Product and target customer
  • Business model and current stage
  • Team and roles
  • Actual metrics separated from assumptions
  • Use of capital, where relevant
  • Constraints, risks and available evidence

Questions before applying

Who can request access?

Private and institutional investors, and strategic partners with a professional interest in the projects. Each application is reviewed individually.

Does registration open the catalogue immediately?

No. Registration creates an application for review. Access follows individual approval.

How does sign-in work?

After approval, sign in through a ChatGPT account using the application email. Access depends on an active permission.

What does a project status mean?

It indicates preparation and review progress. It is not a return rating and does not replace the investor’s own due diligence.

Does GRI guarantee financing?

No. GRI structures a seven-dimension business review and helps identify constraints. Investment decisions are independent.

Why are there seven GRI dimensions but eight material-review criteria?

Seven dimensions describe the business. Eight criteria concern material completeness, including rights, use of capital, risks and documents. They are different review layers.

Who reviews the materials?

The RA LAB owner coordinates the review. Profiles record a reviewer and review date. Any expert involvement is agreed for the project.

Can a project be prepared before listing?

Gap-addressing work can be discussed. Scope and terms are agreed separately; preparation does not guarantee listing.

What is needed for an initial enquiry?

Contact details and a short overview of the product, customer, model, stage and purpose. Do not include confidential documents in the public form.

How can I request more documents?

A published profile lists available materials. Requests are agreed with the coordinator and materials owner.

Can I propose a technology partnership?

Yes. Describe your expertise and the type of challenge that interests you. A partnership discussion creates no investment commitment.

How can I correct or withdraw an application?

An access application can be withdrawn after sign-in. To correct details or withdraw a project application, contact the site owner and quote the application reference.

Are HONOR and 1 MLN KM investment offers?

No. They are presented as a client case and an owned laboratory. Their mention does not imply an open investment round.

How long does review take?

No fixed review timeline is currently published. Questions depend on the completeness of the initial information; an estimate is agreed after first contact.
