AIStart360 Public Lab · Central Asia
A public laboratory where AI hypotheses are tested with real customers, business processes, and measurable financial outcomes.

01 / WHY
Companies launch assistants and automation, yet often cannot answer which customer problem AI solves, which metric should change, or whether the solution deserves to scale after the pilot.
We do not start with technology. We start where a customer or a business loses time, money, trust, or an opportunity to grow.
02 / GRI × GTM GROWTH SYSTEM
We develop the AIStart360 methodology as one connected growth system: GRI identifies the binding constraint, the GTM map turns it into execution, and a field pilot tests the result with real customers.

03 / LIVING LABS
HONOR Group — an implemented digital retail system. 1 MLN KM — an AIStart360-owned TravelTech laboratory project.
We diagnose growth opportunities, design AI solutions, connect experts and verify results in real projects.
01 / RETAILTECHImplemented · all described modules · owner confirmed
Business diagnostics, GTM, commerce, equipment selection, CRM, inventory and loyalty — organised around one customer need.
Our role with HONOR Group is AI Growth Digital Partner. We work on the AIStart360 platform.
02 / TRAVELTECHOwn living lab · implementation owner reported
An AIStart360 project connecting an AI travel advisor, personalised routes, community and geospatial context.
1 MLN KM is our own AIStart360 laboratory project. We connect product strategy, AI and technology teams.

LET’S BUILD SOMETHING USEFUL
For businesses, technology companies and experts.
04 / METHOD
Where does the customer or business lose value?
Journey, data, constraints, and baseline metrics.
What does AI do, and what remains human?
The smallest solution capable of testing behavior.
Work with real customers and business processes.
Compare the outcome with the baseline.
A playbook to improve, stop, or scale the solution.
Let’s define the hypothesis and the first measurable pilot.
Discuss a project →An experiment succeeds not when the AI works, but when a customer or financial outcome changes.
05 / EXPERIMENTS
Can a conversation about weather, activity, and context shorten the path to the right outfit?
Can digital checkout free the consultant to help the customer while preserving trust?
Which answer types build trust, deepen content engagement, and inspire people to continue the journey?
Can routes, rewards, and visible progress turn a single visit into long-term participation?
Which scenarios create measurable economic impact instead of an impressive demonstration?
Describe the business problem. A technical specification is not required at the first stage.
Message us →06 / PUBLIC BY DESIGN
A public laboratory means transparent questions, methods, and conclusions — not open access to company data.
07 / EXPERT × BUSINESS
Choose your role. Each route starts with a clear contribution and ends with evidence, a decision or shared knowledge.
Bring a real business or customer constraint that needs a measurable answer.
An evidence pack and a Scale / Iterate / Stop decision.
Bring specialist knowledge that can make a live business hypothesis stronger.
A verified case, professional visibility and new collaboration.
Follow the work, ask better questions and help useful evidence travel further.
Practical learning, relevant peers and a visible contribution.
08 / FOUNDER
Founder, AIStart360 · creator of GRI · GTM & AI Growth
We connect GRI diagnostics, GTM, sales, analytics, and AI into one measurable business growth system.
We have worked across retail, SaaS, FMCG, banking, pharma, logistics, and technology projects in Central Asia and Eastern Asia.
Our role is to connect AI with real business constraints and turn experiments into a repeatable growth system.
09 / AI IN CENTRAL ASIA
We work with companies in Kazakhstan and Central Asia to move from AI interest to a measurable operating result—through customer evidence, workflow redesign and controlled field experiments.
We diagnose the customer, data, process and organizational conditions that determine whether an AI use case can create value.
We select one high-value hypothesis, define a baseline and KPI, test the Human × AI workflow and make a Scale / Iterate / Stop decision.
We connect AI to a real customer mission, adoption mechanism, commercial metric and go-to-market plan.
QUESTIONS LEADERS ASK
Start with a business constraint or customer problem, not a tool. Define the baseline, the Human × AI workflow, the expected mechanism and one primary business metric before selecting technology.
Readiness shows whether the organization has the data, process, skills and governance to act. Value is the measurable change in customer, operational or financial outcomes after an intervention.
Yes. A bounded 90-day pilot is often the best start when it has a clear owner, baseline, control or comparison, primary metric, guardrails and a predefined Scale / Iterate / Stop decision.
We publish methods, experiment design, lessons and non-confidential evidence. Company data, personal data and commercial secrets remain private.
