We agree the format, team, budget and terms before starting. The roles below describe possible partnerships, not existing partners.

From a shared idea to an agreed launch.

  1. 01

    Challenge and audience

Identify who needs the programme: businesses in your community, your team or an education provider’s participants. Define the challenge, product and baseline measures.

  2. 02

    Roles and programme

Agree each side’s contribution: participant recruitment, venue, expertise, tools and coordination. Adapt the programme to the group’s challenges and document the terms.

  3. 03

    First launch and review

Bring the group together, run focused tests and track the plan. Review the findings and decide what to change before the next launch.

Have a community, a venue or a technology?

Let’s discuss the challenge your participants need to solve, how our contributions fit together and what a useful first launch would look like.
