For business owners and teams ready to act.

Already have sales, customers and a challenge you have not had time to address? The Bootcamp helps you focus on what matters, build a solution and test it with the people responsible for results in your business.

  • An operating workflow
  • Permitted data
  • A named task owner
  • A team able to change and test the workflow

If data, a process owner or evidence of demand is missing, we first identify what needs to be prepared before launch.

Where is your business missing growth opportunities?

Choose the problem that most limits your results. We build the offer, customer journey, tools and test plan around it. The first cycle focuses on one priority.

Every product needs its own solution. We agree on the audience, offer, responsibilities, tools and metrics, connecting the first change to the wider system.

All steps and limitsHow we measure results

Before launch, we record baseline figures, the target metric and the budget. We assess results using actual data from your business.

A system tailored to your product and goal

We connect the product, customer journey, workflows and team in one plan. We choose priorities, metrics and a review rhythm around your goal.

  1. GRI

    Find the main growth constraint

We review the customer journey and baseline figures to identify where enquiries, purchases, time or money are lost.

  2. GTM

    Choose an action for growth

We define the customer segment, offer and change in sales or service to test first.

  3. AI

    Implementation with your team

We prepare an AI assistant for the selected task, such as tailoring an offer, drafting a response or analysing enquiries. We check its quality against your examples.

  4. TEST

    Tracking and adjustments

We compare metrics before and during the test, accounting for costs and errors. We decide what to implement, refine or stop.

Keep momentum from decision to implementation.

We keep the work moving through short cycles: spot a deviation, identify a blocker and adjust the action. Every change has an owner and a deadline.

  1. 01Baseline

    What happens now

  2. 02Goal

Where we aim to be, and by when

  3. 03Actual and decision

What changed and what we do next

  • Priorities and owners
  • Payments, quality and costs
  • Change and blocker log
  • Short reviews and adjustments

Agree the board format, review frequency, team and ongoing support around your challenge. Access and integrations follow the agreed scope.

Explore the methodology

From a customer need to a connected system.

In HONOR, we connected equipment choice, ordering, CRM, inventory and loyalty. Explore the implemented modules and workflow, then discuss what your product needs.

GRI is our methodology for assessing business readiness for growth. Findings depend on the company data available; they are not an investment rating or a guarantee of results.

1 MLN KM

We are developing a digital travel platform with content, routes, a community and AI-assisted workflows. We explore what helps users move from interest to action.

HONOR and 1 MLN KM are separate team projects. Their experience informs programme development; they are not Bootcamp graduate case studies.

What is holding your business back?

In 20 minutes, we will discuss the challenge, the change you want and the data available. We will identify whether to start with a baseline analysis, a focused experiment or work on the wider system.

From a business challenge to a first test in three weeks.

Before the start

We discuss the challenge, available examples, team involvement and test boundaries. We confirm the scope before the programme begins.

      Approved report and 30/60/90 plan

Long sales or repeat-purchase cycles may require more than 21 days to assess the financial effect. In that case, we deliver a tested workflow and a plan for further observation.

Team involvement · proposed format

Proposed format: six 90-minute working sessions and three 30-minute checkpoints. Indicative time for the experiment owner: 7–9 hours per week plus 2–3 hours of preparation. Programme scope and team involvement are agreed before work begins.

21 days is a focused test. A broader business pilot of around 90 days and subsequent implementation are discussed separately.

How a business pilot works

What you will get after the test

  1. 01A map of your product, customers and growth constraint
  2. 02A tailored solution and launch plan for the selected lever
  3. 03Baseline, goal, metric and decision criterion
  4. 04Working workflow, materials and tools within the agreed scope
  5. 05Metrics board and change log: plan / actual / costs
  6. 06Owners, deadlines and short-review rules
  7. 07A test decision and a 30/60/90-day roadmap towards your goal

A 90-day plan is a document, not 90 days of included implementation and support. Production integration, data migration, licences and ongoing support require separate agreement.

Where AI helps and your team decides

Start with a permitted export, approved documents and manual review. Add automation only after testing the workflow and agreeing access.

  1. 01Permitted data
  2. 02AI draft
  3. 03Staff review
  4. 04Approved action
  5. 05Result recorded

We set clear rules for the workflow: use verified prices and terms, obtain approval for important messages, and leave changes to agreements and payments to the responsible staff member.

Leaders’ experience

Research and cases inform hypotheses; they do not guarantee the same result in your company. External companies are not Bootcamp clients or partners. Not every case concerns generative AI.

Growth hypotheses. Tested against reality.

We explore where AI changes customer behaviour, team effectiveness and business economics. In Bootcamp, we frame a question, choose a metric and test one use case to decide whether to scale, change or stop.

Proposed hypothesis

Does equipment guidance support better buying decisions?

Example metricPaid purchase rate among test participants.

Proposed hypothesis

What is a relevant reason for a customer to return?

Example metricRepeat paid purchase rate within the agreed window.

Proposed hypothesis

How can we tell whether an AI itinerary is trustworthy?

Example metricShare of itineraries accepted after critical-condition checks.

These are research hypotheses from the existing catalogue. HONOR is a client case; 1 MLN KM is our own laboratory. Selecting a hypothesis does not grant access to project data or confirm a Bootcamp launch.

Request participation terms

Before we speak

Do we need a technical specialist?

A manual workflow usually needs a process owner and permitted data. Integration with operational systems requires technical participation and a separately agreed scope.

Can we cover all six levers?

A company works on one lever per cycle. The others inform the next step; they are not six parallel projects.

What if we have little data?

Establish minimum record-keeping and test on permitted examples first. Never replace missing facts with invented data.

What if the hypothesis is not supported?

Document quality, costs and limitations. A justified stop helps avoid expanding an uneconomic solution.

Are software and implementation included?

Licences, integration development and ongoing support are included only when explicitly agreed in the scope.

When should we expect sales?

It depends on the workflow and customer cycle. The 21 days cover a limited scenario; long-term effects are assessed separately.

How is data used?

Agree permitted materials, anonymisation, access and external services before starting. The first-contact form does not need customer databases or documents.

What would you like to improve in your business?
